Salisbury

Located in the northeastern corner of Connecticut, Salisbury is a really small town… really close to the Appalachian Trail!

There are not many options for food, so after a hike to summit Bear Mountain, we were really happy to find White Hart Provisions!

White Hart Provisions

This place looks like a fancy Inn from the front, but if you go on the side, there’s a shop with food and drinks, and we were delighted with the vegan options: farro salad with mushrooms, and avocado sandwich, both fresh and tasty.

You can eat there or take things to go. They have a wide variety of sodas.

The staff was very friendly, and the place is really nice!
