The Cheeze Factory in Baraboo is 100% vegan so take your time with the menu and make sure to leave some room for dessert!

The food is hearty and the portions are generous. Pictured left are the hummus as a starter, the Grilled Veggie flatbread and the Soup n’Sandwich (Smoked Gouda Cheese). The flatbread is so very doughy!

It’s the kind of restaurant where everything on the menu looks good… so you’ll have to come back! Another option is to go with a friend and order different things so you can share! Their desserts are described as “heavenly”… and truly are!
