Favorite restaurant in Arequipa, without a doubt.
This is a small 100% vegan restaurant that has a very interesting take on sushi. Every order of sushi is inexpensive, but it will be hard to stop ordering! However, save room for dessert. They have a banana chocolate sushi for dessert that is absolutely spectacular!
This restaurant is situated a little south of the Plaza de Armas on a very frequented street with many other options for restaurants and bars, but make sure to check out Buda Profano at least once during your stay in Arequipa, you will not be disappointed!
